Our projects team are currently involved in the refurbishments in schools and council buildings throughout Doncaster, including first and second fixing.

While our reactive repair team are involved in the maintenance and repairs of council public buildings. We also have dedicated adaptation teams installing varied works in domestic dwellings which include private and council properties.
The position will initially involve working with adaptation teams which are currently involved in the refurbishments in council buildings and domestic properties throughout Doncaster. The post involves all aspect from supervision, works programming, customer liaison, tendering and pricing and final account preparations for the external works teams who deliver Major & Minor Adaptation, Priority 1 installations, external access installation and includes the procurement and supervision of contractors to both Private and St Leger Properties.
