In order to be successful, you must possess the skills and determination to positively impact the pedagogical development of the academy so that, ultimately, every child can achieve. This is an exciting role where you will continue to develop our strong underpinning teaching and learning foundations, through our Manor Learning Model (MLM), deliberate practice and research-driven staff development. Applicants must be exceptional teachers with a deep holistic understanding of pedagogy and a mindset where continual personal learning is habitual and never ending, an appropriate programme of teaching will be discussed at interview.

You will provide strategic leadership for our ambitious learning community whilst ensuring the quality of education our students receive is of the very highest standard, day to day.

Jordan Cairns, as Principal of Manor CE Academy, is delighted to introduce our school to you. Manor has a proud history, having served the young people of York since 1812. We are a Church of England academy and our Christian values guide, influence and underpin all that we do.
