Full Job Description

  • Greet customers and take orders.

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests.

  • Ensure that all drinks are served in a timely manner.

  • Keep the bar area clean and organized.

  • Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.

  • Maintain stock of liquor, beer, wine, and other beverages.

  • Handle cash transactions accurately.

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in a bar or restaurant environment, enjoys working with people, and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for mixology, and strong customer service skills.

    The Oligarch is situated at the Hub in central Milton Keynes. We are a high end restaurant and cocktail bar and our goal is to Provide its customers with a rich experience from dining to cocktails, we want all of our guest to receive the highest level of experience through our food, drink, ambience and customer service

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract


    • Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
