What you'll be doing:
Our Call Centre Sales Specialists help small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will use your communication skills to build a rapport with your customer through gathering the right information to ensure you can deliver an outstanding service. You will work as part of a dynamic team striving to achieve both team and individual targets. This is an ideal opportunity for a sales driven person.

  • Experience in call handling (ideally sales experience) is required.

  • Experience in Insurance is preferred but not essential, many of our Customer Sales Consultants come from a wide variety of customer focused careers.

  • You will enjoy speaking to customers, be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs.

  • The ability to perform basic maths tasks and simple IT systems.

    Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
    £24,000- £25,000 depending on experience + sales incentive up to £12,000
