Full Job Description
- Taking the first step in in a long term career with a company who is dedicated to supporting individuals progress throughout their training and development,
- Contributing to provide a safe, happy, healthy, and caring environment for children to explore, develop and grow.
- Ensuring a high standard of care giving children individual attention so that their social, emotional, and intellectual needs are fully nurtured.
- Learning and developing your skills to assist in delivery of our 'learning through play' and 'in the moment planning' educational ethos
- Ensuring that children's welfare is a priority by using the nurseries safeguarding procedures to support you.
An ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, fun and willing to learn. In an Apprenticeship with us you will work towards gaining a Level 2 Early years practitioner or Level 3 Early year Educator qualification, attending a college for a small proportion of time to maximize the time spent in the work place to give you the hands on experience working with children.
