Commercial Sales & Letting Negotiator

· Conducting property viewings with potential purchasers and Tenants

· Registering applicants and assisting them in finding suitable properties to match their needs

· Negotiating sales and lettings of varied types of commercial property

· Liasing with clients to provide feedback on viewings and sales progression updates

· Uploading new property adverts and mailshots through our inhouse systems

· Building relationships with a variety of clients including Vendors, Landlords, Purchasers and Tenants

· Prior experience within the property industry is preferable however not essential as full training will be provided

· Proactive and positive attitude with a strong customer focus

· Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong administration skills

· Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

· Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred
