Full Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with the dental team to treat and prevent gum disease, expanding services when necessary.

  • Ensure proper sterilisation of dental instruments.

  • Administer local anesthesia if needed.

  • Foster tooth brushing and inter-dental cleaning practices.

  • Demonstrate care and compassion, putting patients at the forefront of their care.

  • Collect and maintain accurate medical and dental histories.

  • Adhere to a professional code of ethics and stay abreast of industry advancements.

    We are a fully private dental practice looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Hygienist/Therapist to provide services to our well established discerning patient base. The dental practice is 5-10 mins walk from town. Our patient needs range from simple oral hygiene maintenance and instruction to periodontal requirements.


    • Ideal for motivated, friendly and caring individual with good communication skills who wants to be busy.,
  • Active GDC registration and indemnity.

  • Excellent time management and robust communication skills.

  • Provide dental advice on hygiene care and oral health education for patients of all ages., Valid GDC registration

  • ideally a minimum of a couple of years of UK experience as a Dental Hygienist.

  • Valid immunisations (Hep B).

  • Clear DBS certificate and full indemnity cover.

  • CPD certificates and two clinical references.

  • Proof of the right to work in the UK., Dental Hygienist: 1 year (preferred)
