Deputy Manager - Nursery

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of our childcare facility. Your leadership skills, passion for early childhood education, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our nursery.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Manager in the overall management of the nursery
- Supervise and support staff members in their daily tasks

As our Deputy Manager, you will assist in the day to day running of the nursery within the company and OFSTED guidelines., Together, the management team will manage the nursery from a practise and operational perspective. We are looking for a person who is passionate about working on childcare and wants to invest time, both on their own development and those of their colleagues. You will monitor our team to ensure that they are performing their job role effectively, assist in training and support to provide a caring and educational environment for all our children with a warm and welcoming family atmosphere for parents and carers. The ideal candidate will have had previous leadership experience, be IT literate, organised and a good communicator. You will be counted in ratio and will be experienced in child led learning. This is a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner, who wants to take on a new challenge in order to move forward. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can bring unique skills and innovation to our nursery

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Nursery: 1 year (preferred)


• Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)


• Childcare: 1 year (preferred)


• Management: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
