We are seeking an experienced Electric Motor Winder/Armature Winder/Motor Winder to join our team. As an Electric Motor Winder, you will be responsible for repairing and rewinding various types of electric motors and armatures. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using both hand and power tools., Disassemble, inspect, and diagnose electric motors and armatures
- Perform necessary repairs, including rewinding coils and replacing damaged parts
- Reassemble motors and armatures according to specifications
- Test repaired motors for proper functionality and performance
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Electric Motor Winder or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electric motor components
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
