Field Care Supervisor

To provide Care in accordance with current best practice, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under direction of the Manager within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time.

To supervise a team of Carers and Clients within the Service. Ensuring that best practice is always upheld.

Have the On-call phone at least 2 times a month

Develop effective working relationships with the Registered Manager of the service.

Support an open, positive, and inclusive Management culture.

Participate in the development of the services policies.

Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships

Always minimise legal risks

Assist in the formulation and implementation of care policies and procedures.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation related to the registration of the service.

Carry out regular spot checks on the Carers who fall under your supervision.

Ensure the Client files and Carers files are Compliant with the CQC (Care Quality Commission) Standards.
