Full Job Description

We are thrilled to be seeking a brand new Graphic Designer based in our Chester Head Office.

  • Paying a salary circa £25,000 - £26,910 per annum

  • We are searching for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating design communications (internal and external) for stakeholders in the Marketing Department as well as the broader business.

    Reporting directly to the Creative Manager, the ideal candidate should possess a positive and proactive attitude, be a team player, and bring energy and innovation to the role.

    Your Responsibilities
  • Producing designs and artwork in response to briefs from stakeholders from around the business - for digital campaigns and promotions, brand/event printed collateral and internal campaigns

  • Creating illustrations and infographics

  • Managing stakeholders' expectations and working efficiently to pre-agreed deadlines

  • Presenting new ideas and taking on board feedback

  • Collaborating on UX-led projects

  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and tools.

  • Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.

  • Experience of working within a business, or agency, in a graphic design role

  • A strong portfolio evidencing a wide range of design and artworking capabilities.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

  • Expertise in Creative Cloud and Figma.

  • A good understanding of typography basics, character and paragraph styles.

  • A solid understanding of visual design best practices.

  • An exceptional eye for detail.


  • Although standouts will also have:
  • A higher education qualification in Visual Arts

  • Knowledge of User Experience Design
