Handyperson

MKB Solicitors LLP, are looking for a handyperson to take ownership of the maintenance of their office buildings and grounds. The ideal candidate will be experienced in carrying out the general repairs, internally and externally, associated with all aspects of building maintenance. The role will be physical at times, involving occasional ladder work and some heavy lifting so a good knowledge of Health and Safety would be preferable, but training will be given. Assisting the general management team with everyday duties but also dealing with repairs as they arise. This is a part time role of a minimum 15 hours a week, but candidates may be required to work more hours if a project requires and must have the flexibility to work out of hours.
