Job overview - Cleeve Park has been on a positive journey of improvement over the last 3 years. Following our successful move from Requires Improvement to Good, it is time for us to move into the next phase of our journey. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional education and support to children to be the best they can be. Our pupils feel a deep sense of belonging, believe in themselves and achieve. Our staff work in partnership with parents/carers and outside agencies to ensure that every child's needs are met. The Head of School will work alongside the Executive Headteacher. They will be responsible for the operational day to day running of the school. With the Executive Headteacher, they will provide help to provide vision, ambition, leadership and direction, ensuring the strong management and organisation of the school by working with all partners and stakeholders to develop and secure outstanding outcomes, which will transform the educational and future life opportunities of our pupils.
