Full Job Description
Undertake vehicle/equipment inspections, services and repairs
- Carry out MOT preparations
- Test vehicles and diagnose faults - experience with diagnotics machines beneficial but not required
- Recognise and report vehicle/component defects or symptoms of impending failure
- Service, adjust and repair vehicles/components
- Ensure all correct paperwork is completed on time and accurate records are maintained
The successful candidate will also be required to perform other associated duties as and when necessary
Working days Monday - Friday and Saturday AM (part time considered but Thurs/Fri/Sat is required)
- Excellent working environment
- Must be self driven
- HGV mechanic experience required
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- HGV C+E Licence beneficial
