Hotel Receptionist

Our ideal Receptionist will have:

• Current / previous working experience as a Receptionist / Host within the hospitality and catering industry
  
  Knowledge of standard hotel procedures such as check-ins, check-outs, reservations, dealing with money etc.


• Impeccable guest service skills whilst being enthusiastic, engaging and approachable


• Excellent communication skills with a high level of English speaking and listening skills


• Good organizational skills, multitasking, prioritising and being able to work under pressure


• Meeting with customers and discussing their feedback


• Good computer skills


• Knowledge of "Rezlynx" reservation system is advantageous but not essential


• Work with and provide support to other departments to insure excellent customer service.


• Experience serving food & beverage is helpful to support the team.
