IT Manager

We are seeking an IT manager to support the IT operations across the group and work alongside out external IT provider.

This position will require the individual to organise your own time, support the business in all aspects in general IT support along with our outsourced IT company.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data and systems

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and peripherals

- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Installing and configuring peripheral devices such as printers and scanners

- Carrying out basic administrative duties

- Mobile device management including Apple IOS & Android

- Maintaining Microsoft Windows server operating systems and business applications

- Troubleshooting system and network problems.

- Supporting the roll-out of new business applications as well as maintaining and supporting those already in place.

- To assist in the setup of new IT systems in new office locations under the guidance of the directors.

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365,
