Lettings Branch Manager

Xenia Lettings currently let and manage over 1500 properties across England and Scotland, predominantly in the student accommodation sector. We've been diversifying our portfolio by expanding into residential lettings and now have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced Branch Manager to join us and launch our first designated residential lettings branch in Sunderland.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is an expert in the Sunderland lettings market, hard working, solution focused and looking to progress within their career as part of a tight-knit and fast-growing organisation.

The successful candidate will report to the Lettings Director and will have an outstanding track record of high performance across business generation and customer service. They will also be excited at the prospect of working independently to launch a new arm of our already established and successful business.,

• Business generation.


• Carry out market appraisals.


• Gaining new instructions to let and manage.


• Pre-tenancy administration.


• Inventories and other ancillary growth streams.


• Property inspections.


• Check-outs.


• Deliver exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.


• Assist our PBSA operation in Sunderland during the summer turnaround if required., 22 holidays per year + Bank Holidays and 1 additional year for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days.

  1 year experience in a Lettings Manager role (minimum).


• ARLA qualified.


• Full, clean driving license.

  Starting salary of £30,000 per annum + OTE of £6,000.
