Logistics Manager

Due to growing demand we are in search of a Logistics Manager to join our on-site team. This is a permanent role and will report to the Logistics Director., Will be responsible for planning the supply of materials necessary for production and organizing and managing the storage and distribution of goods, coordinating all the movement of inputs and outputs of the company. Defining and managing the distribution of manufactured products, ensuring timely deliveries, superior customer service and high quality products.,

• Ensure that orders (PT) leave in a timely manner (outbound)


• Supply management (inbound)


• Stock monitoring and control


• Suppliers invoice management


• Lead the Logistics team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed KPIs.


• Supplier management


• Import/export orders
  
  Strong experience of supply chain and logistics,


• Strong experience of warehouse management systems


• Strong analytical skills and experience in procurement, sourcing, and planning.


• Adaptability and flexibility skills willing to embrace change


• Internal and external Customer-oriented


• Experience of managing, leading and motivating teams.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proactive, able to take initiative.


• Results orientated.


• Languages: Spanish is desirable but not essential, Logistics/Supply Chain: 5 years (preferred)
