Full Job Description

Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Drive the implementation of the nursery's curriculum, ensuring that it meets the needs and interests of each child
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to create a cohesive team environment
- Manage daily routines, including meals, nap times, and toileting

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our team. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and education to young children. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families., Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education certification preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development

Skills:

- Knowledge of first aid procedures and safeguarding practices

- Being able to observe children and assess their development is an important part of the role. Practitioners need to be vigilant in monitoring children's behaviour, progress, and any signs of developmental issues or concerns.

- Developing engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development requires creativity.

- Managing a nursery environment involves planning activities, keeping track of schedules, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.

- Effective communication is essential for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
