Full Job Description

All our pizzas are freshly prepared daily on site, including our own dough and pizza sauce. We take pride in good quality, fresh food.

We had a bespoke woodfired pizza oven designed for us to create an ambiance, theater and of course, good quality pizzas.

The ideal candidate must have pizza experience within a fully operating kitchen.

What will the role entail?

- Preparing and understanding dough

- Balling dough on a regular basis

- Maintaining a clean working environment

- Abiding to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations

- Following all systems in place

- Stock control

- Wastage management

- Using Initiative in a busy service

- Keeping the high standard throughout all shifts
