Full Job Description

Calderdale College is looking to recruit an exceptional, experienced and focused individual with the ambition and drive to deliver the Prince's Trust Team Programme at Calderdale College

The main purpose of this role is to lead the recruitment, development and delivery of the Prince's Trust Team Programme and to help ensure its success.

Duties will include the recruitment and interviewing of learners and conducting initial and diagnostic assessments and enrolment processes. The role will involve ensuring quality assurance and exam processes are followed. The Team Programme includes the delivery of the princes Trust qualification and a residential experience.

The role requires an appropriately qualified individual to at least team leader standard who has significant experience and can demonstrate proven success in a similar role working with extremely hard to reach and challenging learner's aged 16-24. The person will also be able to demonstrate consistent high performance and success working within and delivering foundation level learning programmes including the personal & social development elements. They will need to have a vision and aspiration to develop the potential of learners who are typically hard to engage. The Team Leader will be able to work in a flexible manner and willing to support the residential aspects of the programmes. This role also requires someone who has the ability to work creatively & innovatively within current challenging environments and is able to drive forward success.
