Production Operative - 2 shift rotation - Permanent - Full Time

Due to continuing expansion, we are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team to produce high quality custom branded clothing for ever growing customer base, including brands such as Google, Microsoft and Selfridges. The right candidate will be a great ambassador for our brand.,

• Start-up and shut down of equipment


• Daily maintenance of machinery


• Work as part of a team to complete orders


• Work with computers to process artwork


• Ensure working areas are kept clean and clear


• Quality checking of the work you have produced


• Meeting production targets and metrics

Experience required

• No experience necessary, but previous experience in a manufacturing or production role would be desirable


• Full training will be provided to become a skilled production operative

Monday to Friday 05:55am till 2pm & 13:55pm till 10pm, rotating weekly

!!PLEASE NOTE - YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SHIFTS ON A WEEKLY ROTATION!!

Rates of Pay:

£12.00 per hour

Overtime available after 37.9 hours, Upon becoming a permanent employee further to successful completion of a 3-month probation period, standard benefits are as follows:

• 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays


• Additional annual leave with service up to a maximum of 5 extra days
