  • Monitor and track all task deadlines are met within set timeframes

  • Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.

  • Prepare and distribute documents and reports.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain and update databases.

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping.

    We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented planner to join our Food Assurance team. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
