Full Job Description

As a Heating Sales Advisor, you'll visit customers' homes, providing quotes for new boilers, central heating systems and heat pumps. You will engage with customers to understand their heating needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Your role will be varied, but we'll make sure that we set you up for success. You'll have the latest software to help you manage your day, the support of a close-knit team and assistance from our seasoned Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend 10 to 15 pre-booked appointments each week in the RG and OX10/11/14 postcodes


  • Conduct a thorough assessment of each home to evaluate the homeowner's needs and recommend the most appropriate solution for their requirements and budget


  • Provide education on the features and benefits of energy-efficient controls, high-efficiency boilers and heat pumps


  • Offer a detailed quotation using our digital sales tools and clearly communicate the value of our service


  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

  • Previous experience in a direct sales role. Heating or HVAC industry experience is preferred, but certainly not a deal breaker as full training will be provided

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets


  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
