Full Job Description

Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).

Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their wishes and concerns.

Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.

Undertake quarterly business reviews with existing clients.

As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalise on networking and relationship building opportunities.

Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.

Sales Execution:

Negotiate and close deals.

Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.

Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude

Strong writing, phone and presentation skills

Fast learner with a passion for sales.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Previous experience of IT Managed Services.

Previous cold calling experience; previous experience in inside sales, or related sales, knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel),

Skilled planner, able to ensure attendance at meetings with prepared plans and timeline. Good understanding that planning ahead will only set themselves, their team and their client up for success.

Negotiation skills as it relates to renewal upsells, cross selling and additional product add ons.,

We are seeking an experienced sales executive/account manager who will drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, develop existing relationships with our current clients, and manage a portfolio of assigned clients. You will be joining our team based in Warrington Cheshire.
