Full Job Description

  • Crafting a consultative sales approach to effectively deliver tailored Spectre demos that resonate with each agent's unique requirements.

  • Proactively developing and finalising a pipeline of self-sourced high-value agents

  • Ensure there's a seamless handover and collaboration with the Customer Success team to increase client RoI and reduce churn.

  • Sharing best practices and innovative approaches to B2B sales to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.

  • Working closely with our development teams to provide fresh ideas on product development.

  • Mentoring and coaching our sales team, helping to support their professional development and growth.

  • Ensuring our customers have a best-in-class experience at every opportunity.


  • A bit about you…
  • You have solid experience selling to senior-level decision-makers in large-scale organisations through outbound B2B sales channels.

  • You consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing of deals.

  • You bring a positive energy and enthusiasm to outbound sessions, motivating and inspiring the team members around you to perform at their best.

  • Act as a driving force for the team, setting a high standard of effort, activity, and targets, and leading by example.

  • Introduce new ideas, approaches, and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Spectre sales team.

  • You demonstrate reliability, maturity, and professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
