Senior Teaching Assistant

Working under guidance, and independently, to provide support in addressing the needs of students who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning.

Use specialist (curricular/learning) skills/training/experience to support students in a range of settings (Learning Support, Compass, mainstream classrooms)

Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations

Work with the Line Manager to establish an appropriate learning environment

The salary for this post is Grade 7 & Grade 5

15 hours at Grade 7 & 15 hours at Grade 5

The Salary is £17,259 per annum. Term time only. Based on 30 hours per week, Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £17,259.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
