Service Advisor

We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team in York. You must be enthusiastic, outgoing and a process driven individual who puts customer service at the forefront of all they do., As a Service Advisor at Drive Motor Retail, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, assisting customers with their vehicle service requirements, and ensuring their experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.,

• These tasks require excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.


• As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.


• Booking and arranging customers vehicles into the service department.


• Engaging with existing customers


• Selling and advertising our dealerships services and products.


• Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction


• Help achieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales Service Manager


Requirements:

• Comply with Health & Safety Procedures


• Comply with Company administrative procedures i.e. Use clock card machine, complete job cards etc


• Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times


• Ability to work at a fast pace


• Well-mannered and ready to go the extra mile for our customers.

• Basic £26,000 - OTE £35,000


• Hours of work: 08:00 - 18:00~


• 1 in 3 weekends (08:00 - 12:00 Noon)


• 32 Days Holiday - Including bank holidays - per annum rising with length of service
