Full Job Description

You will join a small but busy team of four experienced accounts staff, who provide support to the sales counter, telesales staff and customer services in order to provide an efficient service to our many retail and trade customers. As well as credit control, payroll, cash book and sales ledger support the person will also be involved in KPI reporting.

The hours are part-time and we envisage this would be between 18 to 20 hours per week spread over 3 or 4 days to suit the successful applicant. The role would ideally suit someone living in the Lincoln area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person, possibly with an AAT or bookkeeping qualification or someone who is qualified by experience. You will be required to deal with staff and customers in a timely, polite and professional manner and be highly organised with good communication skills. On the job training will be given as we do not expect the applicant to be knowledgeable in all areas detailed below and we have a bespoke order management and accounting system., Previous experience in a busy accounts office essential. Normal hours will be 18 - 20 hours per week over 3/4 days between 08:30 - 17:30 Mon-Fri.
