Full Job Description

Rapid Travel Group are looking to recruit for a part time Accounts Assistant,
mainly to cover the sales ledger side of the business while also assisting the
purchase ledger when necessary.

Duties:

  • Raising sales invoices and credit notes

  • Credit Control

  • Dealing with customer queries

  • Raising Direct Debit collections

  • Reconciling payments

  • Supplier Payments

    Initially, this would be 3 days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday covering

  • 23.75 hours per week. There maybe the option to move full time once the role
