Full Job Description

As an Administrator you will work efficiently and effectively as part of a team providing an administrative service to the project and reporting to the Office Manager.,

  • Any associated duties as requested by the Office Manager.

  • Main point of contact in the site office.

  • Raise plant and material orders

  • Maintain stationery and PPE stock levels on site.

  • Processing of delivery tickets.

  • Processing of plant timesheets.

  • Running daily cost reports and actioning.

  • Uploading documents to Viewpoint

  • Maintaining a record of site vehicles.

  • Maintaining up to date health and safety posters.

  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.

  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.

  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.


  • Technical / Professional Qualifications Required
  • Administrative qualification would be desirable.

  • Experience working within an administrative role is essential.
