Full Job Description

  • Helping dismantle the scaffold

  • Keeping the work area clean and tidy

  • Putting scaffold away in correct areas

  • Progressing to help the scaffolder fix when the knowledge is gained and it is safe to do so, Functional Skills in Maths and English, if not previously attained

  • Block release training at Weston College Construction Training Centre

  • Work based learning assessor visits

  • Some of your working week will be given to complete off the job training

  • Full in-house training

    Problem solving skills, Team working, Initiative, Physical fitness, Hard Working, Reliable, Enthusiastic, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 2/E) Essential

    • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 2/E) Essential

    Family run business, running for 6 years, looking to grow further in our industry with dedicated team members.

    You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience. This could be relevant:
