Full Job Description
- Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
- Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
Ideally you would have some experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership - Ability to remain professional, calm and positive at all times
- Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
- Proactive mind set
- Positive, can-do attitude

Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a Rota
Salary: up to £40,000 DOE plus OTE up to £46,000
