We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and contribute to the overall success of our establishment., Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Assist guests with menu selection and provide recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare food items such as salads, appetizers, or desserts as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests' tables
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area, including tables, chairs, and condiments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques is a plus
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
