Bookings Officer Maternity Cover

The post is available until February 2025 due to parental leave within the team. You will work within the Public Engagement team at the Pitt Rivers Museum to take bookings for school and other public engagement groups. This varied role includes managing enquires, taking group bookings and managing school group logistics. As the first point of contact for many of our audiences and potential audiences, this is a vital role in providing a professional, welcoming and helpful introduction to the Museum. You must be well organised and have excellent customer care skills, and be able to start as soon as possible.
