Full Job Description

  • Supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interacting with internal or external customers.

  • Working to increase efficiency by supporting and working across teams, as well as helping to resolve issues.

  • Using IT packages and systems (including Microsoft Office) to write letters, emails, proposals, as well as to record and analyse data.

  • Updating and reviewing databases, ensuring information is recorded accurately.

  • Assisting with drafting correspondence, writing reports, and inputting/ reviewing work.

  • Maintaining records and files, whilst handling confidential information in compliance with organisational procedures and data protection.

  • Communicating with internal and external customers, either in person, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms.

  • Managing work priorities and time to meet deadlines and to complete tasks effectively, while managing expectations.

  • Organising meetings and events, taking minutes and action logs as needed.

    Traditional Norfolk Poultry are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice. During the role you will be engaging with different parts of the organisation, interacting with internal and external customers together with completing ad hoc duties for the administration team, Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English.
    Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths., A position may be available for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship. The business is looking for somebody who wants to develop and gain a full-time position following their apprenticeship., Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Reliable, Adaptable, Motivated, Professional, Good decision making skills, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) Desired

    £12,480.00
    Attendance bonus of 50p per hour after completing 3 months service with the business if all scheduled days and hours are worked

    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
