Full Job Description

People are at the heart of our change programmes and we are looking for a talented Change Manager who share's our passion for ensuring people are at the heart of what we do. This role will make a real difference to our wide range of private and public sector clients. As a Consultant, you will be working on exciting fast paced programmes offering you the flexibility of working with a variety of clients and teams on different sites., Your role will vary across Client delivery teams, but likely to include:

  • Engage with, and steer appropriate business change activity.

  • Develop communications and engagement strategy.

  • Complete and transition business change activity to business areas.

  • Assist clients with evolving business processes and procedures.

  • Develop and assist with user requirements collation.

  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans.

    Successful candidates will have experience across themes in the people side of change. You may already be a certified practitioner or be familiar with our core methodology, Prosci and its accompanying ADKAR model. Whatever your background, we'd love to find out how you keep yourself at the forefront of what we at CMC are passionate about - change!


  • Ideally you will also bring:
  • Government or public sector experience

  • Professional change management qualifications such as Prosci or ACMP
