Business Partnering & MI Accountant

WPR are pleased to be working with a key Lloyd's Insurer who are looking for a Business Partnering & MI Accountant. This is a permanent role based in London.
Key responsibilities will include:
@ Provide business unit performance analysis, assessing actual and forecast deviation from initial plans, highlighting issues and opportunities and providing guidance business leaders.
@ Develop excellent timely & accurate financial reporting and tracking of the business's strategic objectives for the functions you support in line with agreed KPI's.
@ Engage with projects to continuously improve processes and activities that include: evaluation of systems and processes to enhance information reliability, accuracy, interrogation and insight for the business.
This role will suit somebody with:
@ Strong fundamentals of Insurance accounting
@ Qualified Accountant (i.e. ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
@ Exposure/working knowledge of Lloyd's market
@ Ability to think analytically and solve problems in a creative way.
