Business Programme Manager

We are seeking a Business Programme Manager in a pivotal role for the employability provision at Telford College.

The team covers the whole of the West Midlands combined authority, as well as Shropshire and Marches regions, so the post holder will need to have knowledge of employment needs in this area and able to manage a diverse team.

The post holder will be creative and innovative while still maintaining strong organisational and logistical skills., Drive the development and delivery of all employability and distance learning provision programmes to meet financial and KPI's set.

You will be ideally qualified in teaching or training.

Due to the nature of the role the successful applicant will require a full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle to visit our partners out in the community etc.

Skills and expertise

Excellent Relationship management skills with an ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to influence, manage and motivate a team

Knowledge of funding streams, especially those associated with the Education and Skills Funding Agency
