Charity Property Strategist Volunteer

We're looking for someone to help the charity manage our heritage buildings, to develop plans to utilise our building effectively with building surveying, construction and/or architectural expertise.

What will you be doing?

Noah's Ark Children's Venture is set in 18 acres of Cotswold woodland providing residentials for disadvantaged children and young people.

This role is a part-time volunteer position which would be ideal for someone highly motivated and keen to help the charity manage our residential houses, sports hall complex and infrastructure on a project basis. To develop the facilities for our disabled and disadvantaged beneficiaries.

What you will do:

• Review the site infrastructure


• Consider a five year plan for development and upgrade of the site, including sustainability and environmental solutions


• Consider costs, budgeting and fundraising


• Reporting to the Trustees and recommend capital expenditure on these projects and return on investment
  
  A proven track record with project management, quantity surveying, construction or architecture.


• Ability to communicate ideas and plans to diverse stakeholders


• Someone who is enthusiastic about the potential of our lovely site has to offer
