Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive work environment., Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menu items
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Support the Head Chef in developing new dishes and specials

Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including supervising staff
