CIS Client Relationship Manager

You will play a key role in managing our strategic relationships with clients and fund managers, understanding our clients' latest investment needs and working with fund manager groups and internal stakeholders to deliver the solutions required for our clients and their members.

In this wide and varied role, you will play an integral role in delivering to our clients and their advisers throughout the client lifecycle from supporting new business opportunities to helping manage client day to day queries as well as regular servicing requirements and facilitating client reporting requirements.

You will oversee client onboarding and transitional change on behalf of the team, helping clients manage change requirements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a streamlined and well governed process, ensuring excellent communication.

With your strong relationship management skills, you will build effective relationships with our Trustee clients and key Employee Benefits Consultants for new business opportunities; as well with working with key internal stakeholders and take the lead on projects to develop and improve the services to our clients and consultants.

• Proven experience working in a relationship management role, with experience of presenting to an external audience, ether in client meetings, at external events or pitching for new business


• Strong investment and pension knowledge, with it being advantageous that you have experience of working with fund manager groups


• Experience with client and fund onboarding within a Financial Services company


• Ideally have a relevant professional qualification such as Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or equivalent
