    We are currently seeking a CDP to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and managing kitchen cleanliness. In particular, we would like you to get to grips with the starter & pudding section!

  • Responsibilities


    • We are looking for someone with a keen interest in cooking & someone who is keen to drive the kitchen forward! Future development is available too!

    - Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation

    - Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

    - Oversee food production to ensure timely service

    - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes

    - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

    We would like someone with some experience as a CDP or similar role in a restaurant setting, but certainly someone who is keen & wanting to learn & improve in the kitchen!

    - Knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures

    - Someone who likes to work as a team

    - Proficiency in food preparation techniques and food safety standards

    - Excellent communication and organizational abilities

    - Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
