Full Job Description

To update and support the CSI (Cruise Super Itineries) system in a timely manner. Build cluster itineries in the back-office system to allow for our sales team to book globally. Working to develop a strong relationship with the Product team to ensure all CSI clusters are built ready to go live.

Typical activities

  • Responsible for the input of cruise group allocations into the back-office IMP system.

  • Loading of contracted allocation including Hotels/Events/Transfer/Cruise groups

  • Building of all CSI packages prior to the package going on sale

  • Ensuring the booking process is clear for all departments

  • Frequent audits of elements loaded to CSI to ensure information is accurate

  • Working with TravelTek to ensure a smooth day to day running of the system and highlighting any areas that are not performing correctly or need enhancing

  • Assisting sales and admin with any booking/loading issues (this may include being contacted outside normal working hours)

  • Building good working relationships across the business in order to deliver to appropriate timescale.

  • Escalating any technical problems with urgency to minimise business impact.

  • Have a high level of understanding of Itour

  • An interest in travel or travel industry experience, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Office: 2 years (required)
