You will be part of the online team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for assisting the online and instore teams.

You will be the first point of contact for our online customers & the go to for our instore customer queries. The focus will be on your ability to have conversations with customers in a confident, friendly and professional manner, resolving queries, collaborating with our teams / stores to resolve any issues, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service at a time when they need it most. Dealing with and processing online orders

As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be communicating with customers through a combination of inbound/outbound phone calls and through email channels; ensuring all aspects of a customer's order or enquiry is resolved.

  • · Listening and communication skills are core to what we do. You will need to be able to communicate complex matters in a simple and supportive way.

  • · Use your brilliant sales and communication skills to upsell products. / Provide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer.

  • · Previous experience within customer service is preferred but not necessary if you have the right skills.

  • · CRM Experience is essential

  • Be flexible to work one Saturday a month, Customer service: 2 years (required)
