Full Job Description

  • Provide software support for suppliers using our data collection portal and supporting clients with use of our online tool

  • Generation and checking of recycling labels for our clients suppliers

  • Responsible for ensuring that quality and accuracy are maintained in project work and support provided

  • Conducting direct weighing activities onsite and offsite

  • Assisting with all aspects of projects including reporting, data requests, mailout, QA, calculation and reports under the guidance of an Assistant Manager or Data Analyst.

  • Contribute towards a supportive, positive and energetic working environment

  • Support the company mission and objectives along with other duties which may arise

    It is expected that a Data Support Administrator will develop skills to progress within the business. The successful candidate would show good organisational and communication skills, great customer service and be comfortable manipulating data and working in spreadsheets., A strong team player and comfortable working independently

  • Deliver great customer service of a high standard

  • Highly numerate; be confident and enjoy working with data

  • Logical clear thinker and able to think about materiality

  • Ability to work carefully, with an excellent eye for detail

  • Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines

  • Confident using all MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel

  • Confident liaising with external businesses via phone, email and in face to face meetings

  • Entitlement to work in the UK, A-Level or equivalent (required)

Based in Oxford, the focus of our work involves Global territories across several market sectors specialising in data collection and analysis services for EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility), including performing calculations and submissions globally for Packaging Waste, WEEE and Batteries.

With strong knowledge and experience of Extended Producer Responsibility, the global packaging industry and in support of a more robust circular economy, the Ecoveritas team offers data collection and analysis services, as well as compliance, packaging consultancy and advice.

    The role is an entry level position into the company. The candidate will be responsible for working on various tasks from recycling label generation, to gathering data from clients and suppliers, contributing to the delivery of larger/more complex clients along with providing software support to our clients and their suppliers.

    Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
    Contract length: 2 months

    Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
