Full Job Description

As Data Trust & Integrity Frameworks Manager, you will lead the EDM Council DCAM Data Excellence Programme that Entain is a founding member of in 2024.

A high level of collaboration both within the Data Trust and Integrity function but

also across the Group Data Office and the wider enterprise will be required.

Reporting to the Head of Data Trust & Integrity, you will be part of and help build this brand new function, who are responsible for bringing the group's data under comprehensive governance.

The new function is part of more exciting changes taking place within the Group Data Office.

What you will do

  • Act as a key part of a CDO extended leadership team who constantly advocate for Data Culture improvements, awareness and education, seeking like-minded internal partners.

  • Lead the EDM Council DCAM Data Excellence Programme.

  • Create a Data criticality measurement system for Entain's Data.

  • Survey and discover the different types and volumes of Data real estate, proposing options for creating sustainable Data domains, working with the Data Architects

  • Prioritise, design options, obtain stakeholder agreement, then roadmap and build the appropriate DG / DQ principles, playbooks, frameworks, TOMs and policies.

    Experience of designing and building Data Governance and Quality frameworks and policies.

  • Strong experience and preferably leadership of implementation and using Data Governance


  • and / or, Data Quality policies, frameworks, processes, and controls.

    Strong demonstrable experience of complex stakeholder management in IT, Business units,

    Operations, 2&3LoD teams, and senior management

    Passionate about stakeholder and user needs and satisfaction, placing customers at the heart

    of everything they do.

    Strong demonstrable experience of articulating, measuring, tracking & reporting data

    improvement benefits & KPIs.
