Deputy Manager- NURSERY

The Deputy Manager will have consideration for the Forbury Group of Nurseries 'Ethos' to create an environment where children are engaged, motivated, independent thinkers, who have a positive attitude to learning, supported by secure and respectful relationships, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. To assist and at times take full responsibility for the effective day to day running of the Nursery.

• Passionate and enthusiastic about working with young children in all aspects of their care, learning and development?


• Able to be an exemplary role model for other practitioners to promote high standards of professional practice?


• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children within our nursery?, Have a minimum of 2 years Nursery experience and have experience in a leadership role (room leader, senior nursery nurse, team leader), hold a Level 3 or above Early Years childcare qualification such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent.
