  • Maintain a clean and organised grooming area.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Stay updated on the latest grooming techniques and trends.

  • Manage grooming schedules to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Handle any special requests or concerns from clients with professionalism and care.

    Must have dog grooming qualifications

  • Certification from a recognised grooming school is preferred.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
