Full Job Description

  • Controlling Entry and Exit route.

  • Customer management to maintain and achieve crowd management and safe environment within the venue.

  • Crowd control.

  • Supervising all customer arrivals.

  • Carrying out thorough ID checks.

  • Screening and searching individuals if needed.

  • Defusing a situation calmly before eruption.

  • Have a proven experience somewhere within the security industry.

  • Be able to provide a 5 year work/school history.

  • Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.

  • Not essential but desirable, to have previous Door Supervisor experience.

  • Must be comfortable working in licensed premises.

    £13 - £14 an hour - Part-time, Full-time, Full time or Part time Hours available, this will be fully discussable and flexibility can be met at both ends. 2-5 nights a week, minimum 4 hours work a night.

  • Working in premium pubs/bars in and around BREAN.

  • Referral programme.

  • Progression within CTR Security.

  • Full training and support will be provided.

  • Starting pay rates from £12 to £14 an hour (depending on role, venue, and current experience), With CTR Security we will aim to offer you a variety of shifts so you can really get to know your style. This will start at the base pay rate (negotiable) as displayed on this job ad.
